Elizabeth Brenneman
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
I welcome all clients, regardless of where they are on their journey. I'm here to hear your story and offer support from a place of warmth and curiosity.
My approach focuses on the core of who you are, recognizing your strengths to help you find healing through compassionate exploration of you inner world. I am committing to meting you where you are to create a space that is warm, non-judgmental, and safe. I know that self-reflection takes a lot of vulnerability, and I view our work together as a collaboration, with you being the expert of your story. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT). I have a passion for working with adolescents and young adults who are experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, life transitions, relationship conflict, and identity exploration. I affirm individuals of all backgrounds and identities–all parts of you are welcome here, and I would be honored to hear your story.
