I am a proud born and raised New Mexican; thus, a holistic approach of the body-mind-spirit is naturally ingrained in my therapy practice. When in session, I want to foster safe spaces where challenging conversations and vulnerable emotions can be explored and processed, and achievements are celebrated. My current availability for biweekly sessions are Mondays at 9am, Tuesdays at 10am and 1pm, and Wednesdays at 9am, 10am, 11am and 12pm. My weekly session availability is on Tuesdays at 11am and 12pm, Thursdays at 9am and 11am, and Fridays at 9am and 11am.
