As an Indigenous Psychotherapist, I welcome all individuals affected by trauma while being culturally aware.

I identify as an Indigenous psychotherapist providing telehealth services from the sovereign land of the Piipaash/O’odham people. I was born and raised on the Navajo Nation and currently reside in the Phoenix Valley. My clans are Todik’ozhi, Ashiihi, Tabaahi and Kinlichii’nii. I hold a master’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University and brings 17 years of clinical experience primarily serving American Indian families and communities. Using a balanced-life approach, I blend modern therapy modalities with culturally specific interweaves treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. I am a Certified Trauma Specialist-Family, Nationally Certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapist, trained EMDR therapist, trained Brainspotter, and trained DBT therapist. I enjoy spontaneous adventures, being with family, and playing volleyball. I look forward to meeting you, learning about your culture, and working towards a balanced way of life!
