I work with clients to develop goals and treatments that help them live a value-driven life

Often, clients find themselves entering into therapy struggling with many painful and disruptive emotional experiences. In addition, beginning a therapeutic journey can often feel intimidating between unpacking life events, learning to cope with difficult emotions, and more. Therefore, meeting clients where they are at and working walking alongside clients through their therapeutic journey is the cornerstone of the work I do. I offer therapy that is rooted in empathy and compassion, to allow clients to explore their experiences with their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in an environment that is safe. In treatment, I work collaboratively with clients to explore their internal strengths and values, in addition to working to develop effective coping skills. As a therapist, I believe my role is to empower my clients as they move toward the life they want to live. I draw on many different treatment theories and modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Strengths-Based Theory, and more. As each client has their own needs and experiences, I work with each individual to determine an effective treatment plan for them. I have experience working with clients in residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of care. My specialties include Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Socal Anxiety Disorder, Grief/Bereavement, and Trauma.
