Empowering adults to heal from trauma, overcome challenges, and reclaim their lives with compassionate, evidence-based care.

As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 35 years of experience, I specialize in helping adults navigate trauma, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Through a client-centered approach, we’ll work together to identify what’s holding you back, reframe unhelpful patterns, and move toward meaningful change. My foundation is in psychodynamic, insight-oriented therapy, and I incorporate CBT, DBT, cognitive processing therapy, narrative therapy, and trauma-focused care to tailor treatment to your needs. I also bring specialized expertise in working with individuals diagnosed with HIV, drawing from my experience in an infectious disease clinic. My practice is built on collaboration, maximizing your strengths, and introducing strategies to help you persevere and thrive. Clients often tell me they feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout our work together. I’m committed to making quality care accessible, ensuring you receive the support you deserve regardless of background or resources.
