We are a diverse group of therapists who love working with college students from all walks of life. Our therapists provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. We bring a wide range of knowledge and expertise to help you feel whole, secure, and in charge of your life. Our therapists can help you with an array of issues, including anxiety, depression, managing and understanding your thoughts and emotions, family, peer, and romantic relationships, childhood trauma, life transitions, sexual identity, and issues surrounding racial identity, acculturation and immigration. We also work with students experiencing overwhelm, academic stress, and struggling with decisions about career and next steps. You can speak with our Connections Coordinator to help you determine if one of our therapists is a good fit for your needs, and to schedule an appointment. We are in-network with UC SHIP/Anthem insurance, and licensed in CA.
