I have spent my career working with individuals as they face major life transitions (relocating, job or relationship change, unexpected pregnancy, health diagnosis), navigate grief and loss and reconnect with themselves. Through caring and purposeful sessions, you will learn mindfulness techniques and thought management strategies to help you get to know yourself better and reconnect with yourself so that you feel grounded and capable of moving forward in your life. In my work with you, I will help you recognize and embrace your strengths, identify goals, navigate and overcome barriers, and develop daily practices that allow you to feel empowered, able to make grounded decisions and generate balance in your life. With awareness and healthy strategies, you will be able to gain relief from symptoms, move through challenges and into a place of better health and well-being.
