I believe in providing a therapeutic environment that is safe, supportive and non-judgmental.

As a therapist, I am actively involved helping clients explore issues to gain new understanding, identify strengths, and learn coping skills. Additionally, I work to be genuine, accepting and empathic because my experience has been clients are better able to make healthy changes when these factors are present. I am comfortable working with a range of clinical issues including depression, anxiety, chronic pain, relationship difficulties and addiction. I am experienced working with diverse ethnic, racial, and socio-economic client populations. I am offering telehealth appointments only at this time. I draw from several treatment modalities that have evidence to support their effectiveness including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Based Interventions, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. Therapy has the potential to be a healing and empowering experience leading to great personal growth. To help foster that process, I believe in tailoring therapy to meet a client's needs and working together to address and resolve the issues that brought you to therapy.
