Chelsea Moyer
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
As an art and outdoor therapist, I love supporting college students in moving through life's challenges with creativity, nature, and compassion.
Hello! Thank you for checking me out. Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed? Maybe wanting deeper self-acceptance, relationships, or peace? I believe in your resilience and would be honored to journey with you toward it. I specialize in working with people who are grieving any type of loss, recovering from past or recent trauma, seeking to live their most authentic life, or looking for a different kind of therapy. Since 2008, I have worked with a wide range of people (LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC folks especially), supporting their unique identities alongside mine. I value the stories each of us brings. More than just talk therapy, I seek to facilitate transformational experiences through a variety of holistic approaches. I am an expressive arts and eco (nature-based) therapist offering outdoor sessions at local forest and beach locations. I see the creative process and Earth as powerful partners in supporting mind, body, and spirit wellness. Our sessions may include talking, process-oriented artmaking, body awareness, mindfulness practices, ritual, deep nature connection, or walking together outside. I’d love to hear from you and how we might work together to support your growth.
