Your journey begins now.

Life transitions can be challenging to navigate, and each person’s journey is unique. As a therapist, I am committed to providing a safe, supportive space for self-discovery, growth, and healing. My role is to walk alongside you so you do not have to face these challenges alone. I strive to encourage and empower clients to explore their purpose, set meaningful goals, and build practical skills. I use a strength-based approach that helps individuals recognize their resilience, build self-confidence, and develop a stronger sense of identity. As a first-generation American, I also understand how cultural identity and differences can shape one’s experience. I am attuned to the challenges that can arise when navigating cultural expectations, values, and transitions. In our work together, I support clients in exploring their beliefs, goals, and values while developing tools for navigating change. I incorporate talk therapy, reflective discussion, and creative approaches when helpful. I also help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns to build healthier perspectives and emotional freedom. I hope to support you in creating your own narrative, one rooted in confidence, clarity, and purpose. I look forward to being part of your journey!
