Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA)
Your journey begins now.
Life transitions for young adults can be difficult to maneuver. As a therapist, I believe that we all have our unique journeys and story to tell. I strive to provide a safe place during this time of self-discovery and growth. I am here as a guide so that you do not have to struggle alone. My goal is to encourage and empower you to further develop your purpose in life. I find joy in helping my clients set goals and acquire skills to help them deal with their unique challenges. Utilizing strength-based perspectives during the helping process gives young people the opportunity to build self-confidence. I am a firm believer that young people should develop their own narratives, build positive self-esteem, and explore their beliefs, goals, and values. This gives them the ability to develop skills for life transitions. My hope is to be alongside you during this journey. Whether through talk therapy or doing exercises to assist you through the healing process. I encourage young people to challenge and replace irrational thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes to free the mind to prepare and embrace the change that will follow. I look forward to navigating life with you!
