Carol Seigler
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Carol focuses on achievable goal-setting, stress management, relationship-building, trauma and empowerment.
Carol’s humanistic approach is rooted in mindfulness and somatic experiencing, emphasizing the importance of being fully present with patients and guiding them to harness their bodily sensations and emotions as tools for healing. She creates a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where patients feel safe to explore and grow. Drawing from various therapeutic theories, Carol focuses on achievable goal-setting, stress management, relationship building, and empowerment. Carol’s journey into mental health is deeply personal, shaped by her own experiences with trauma and emotional dysregulation during her childhood and young adulthood. Carol enjoys connecting with nature through hiking, camping, and long walks with her dog in her free time. Her creative outlets are music, dancing, and art, with drawing and painting being particularly meaningful to her. Carol also integrates mindfulness and meditation into her daily life, believing in the power of slowing down and being present.
