I believe in a holistic approach to mental health and well-being, which provides a deeper understanding of our patterns and behaviors.

Hi there — I’m so glad you’re here. I offer online therapy for adults navigating Complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, and neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism). My approach blends trauma-informed care, somatic therapies like EMDR and polyvagal theory, and a deep understanding of how systemic oppression, ableism, and intergenerational trauma shape our mental health. If you’re working through religious trauma or deconstructing from restrictive spiritual systems, I provide a safe space to explore your beliefs, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and discover what spiritual freedom looks like for you — whether that means embracing, questioning, or completely redefining your path. My work is also neurodiversity-affirming and grounded in decolonizing therapy principles, which means I see your struggles not as personal failures, but as deeply connected to the systems we live in. Healing isn’t just about managing symptoms — it’s about honoring your unique ways of being, reconnecting with your body, your community, and your sense of self outside of harmful narratives. All sessions are offered online, so you can access support from the comfort of your own space.
