Caitlin Scanlon
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore all of your unique and complex feelings, experiences, and goals.
Every journey starts with a single step, and I am here to help guide you through yours. I believe that oftentimes individuals overlook their own strengths and I am here to help you see those strengths which are unique to you and to build upon them. It is of great importance to be able to identify your own goals and values and once we have done that, we can begin to look at how the decisions and paths you are choosing are aligning with the goals and aspirations you have for yourself. Then, we can create strategies that allow you to address the root causes of what you are identifying as challenges and work toward building meaningful social connections. I approach treatment from a strengths perspective, utilizing evidence based practices and collaboration to meet your individual needs. I specialize in grief, anxiety, depression, coping with serious/ chronic illness, life transitions, perinatal mental health, and burnout. In addition to being a licensed clinical social worker, I am a trained yoga professional. Together we will build your resiliency and empower you to experience your most authentic self. I look forward to hearing from you and embarking on this journey together! I am currently offering telehealth services for NY, NJ, and IN.
