Finding the right therapist can be challenging since it’s important for clients to feel safe, which is why I focus on creating a trusting, nonjudgmental environment. The therapeutic alliance is key in therapy. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I’m trained in Family Systems and use these models in counseling. My clients have learned effective communication, coping skills, boundary setting, addiction counseling, and rebuilding healthy relationships. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
