Brittany Ayers
(She/Her/Hers)
Counselor
I embrace clients of all identities and backgrounds.
Currently accepting new clients! My past experiences of working with at-risk populations has allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the impact of trauma on an individual. I support and work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. I hold an accepting, welcoming environment so we can work together through life’s obstacles from the past, to help you find peace in the present. I provide therapy and ally with sex workers, the kink community, and individuals engaged in non-monogamous relationships. I primarily approach client concerns through a Psychodynamic lens as I believe many of the struggles we face today can be tied back to our childhood experiences. I utilize techniques from CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Reality Therapy. I have availability for both in-person and virtual sessions; I encourage you to contact me to set up a consultation!
