(He/Him/His)
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
I provide a safe, supportive space to explore concerns related to LGBTQ+ identity, stress, anxiety, life transitions, spirituality, religion, and more.
Counseling is a step toward healing & wholeness. As your therapist, I strive to provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore opportunities, overcome obstacles, and develop strategies and behaviors that lead you to a fuller life and deeper understanding of who you are. Whether you are experiencing a life transition, stress, anxiety, grief, occupational burnout, concerns related to your sexual or gender identity, spiritual concerns, or simply need a place to be fully seen and heard, I offer a compassionate and collaborative approach to our work together, while respecting and honoring all of who you are. Populations and areas of focus include LGBTQ+ individuals, healthcare workers, and college students. I am especially passionate about providing a safe, affirming, and supportive space for LGBTQ+ individuals exploring the intersection of their sexuality and spiritual beliefs, and those experiencing conflicted, challenged or changing belief systems. Whatever brings you to counseling, I honor the huge step it is to seek help, and look forward to exploring with you the ways I might help you along in your journey. Feel free to visit my website for more information, and to reach out to schedule a brief consultation call to learn more.
