(Please ask me my pronouns)
Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Psychotherapist
I see clients in via telehealth only
I received my master's degree in Clinical Social Work from University of New England and am making a career out of my passion to help individuals become the best version of themselves. My work has taken me in many different directions, but I have always helped individuals and families achieve their goals and overcome barriers in their lives. As a therapist, I am caring with a down-to- earth style who strives to create a nonjudgmental and supportive environment where people feel comfortable. I am a strong believer in the power of the therapeutic relationship to assist others on their journey of self-reflection and healing. My true passion and skillset has been developed working with oldernteenagers, adults and families. My therapeutic approach are rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) From Me: "Together we will explore life's challenges and develop personal goals for lasting change. I am here to listen and to help you work through life's difficulties in a positive and healthy manner using a therapeutic approach that promotes positive self-esteem. One of the first steps is to believe in yourself." My guiding quote: "Believe you can and you're halfway there" -Theodore Roosevelt
