Hi there, I'm Aunastasia, and I'm so glad you're here! If you have experienced a traumatic event or survived a life of multiple traumas - I am here to walk with you through the healing process to the other side, which may not even be visible to you right now. I specialize in the treatment of trauma and substance abuse disorders. If you are ready to address how your past impacts you directly, you're in the right place. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) treatment, and the results I have witnessed from using this evidence-based treatment with survivors of trauma inspire me every day. I genuinely look forward to the opportunity to meet you, hear your story, and for you to feel seen and understood as you set the boulders down.
