Ashley Broyles (Hartwell)

Hello! My name is Ashley and I'm so honored you're considering allowing me to support you. I am extremely passionate about helping people find the freedom they are seeking, particularly when it comes to eating disorders, disordered eating, and trauma. I understand what it's like to have a relationship with food, our body, or our experiences that isn't serving us. I believe every situation is unique and treat it as such. Within my work with those struggling with an eating disorder, I operate from a Health at Every Size (HAES) and anti-diet perspective. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and use this method in the treatment of trauma and many other concerns. I truly believe you are deserving of the life you are seeking and would be honored to walk alongside you to help you get there.
