Many of my clients identify as overachievers, people pleasers, and perfectionists. My focus as an intentional therapist is to help people heal from past traumas, uncover their authentic selves, increase self-worth, discover their inherent resiliencies, strengthen their personal relationships, increase relational self-awareness, and build a lifelong toolkit of healthy, effective coping strategies for whatever challenges life may bring.
