I provide a safe place to work through life's challenges.

My clinical experience includes working with individuals with ADHD, bipolar, anxiety, relationship stressors, grief, divorce/separation, substance abuse, and addressing overall life adjustments that can be scary to handle on your own. I work with clients who desire to have a deeper understanding of life's challenges and who want to have the tools necessary to manage whatever life has to throw at them. I utilize an eclectic approach with emphasis on DBT, CBT, and Person Centered Therapy. I believe that understanding our relationship with our anxieties and life stressors can open up the potential for living a balanced life. Sessions tend to be a mix of processing and learning new skills to help you succeed in life. I would feel honored to be a part of your journey to develop a deeper understanding and a healthier relationship with your emotions and behaviors, while also helping you stock your tool box full of effective and healthy coping skills to find your inner peace. Please feel free to reach out and we can begin your healing journey together.
