I aim to provide depth-oriented therapy to those experiencing relationship issues, anxiety, interpersonal trauma, grief, adjustment issues & more!

I provide individual and couples therapy to adults and teenagers in Washington state. In therapy with me, we will work on increasing insight into your relationship patterns, changing the way you relate to your thoughts and feelings, accepting what cannot be changed, and living in greater alignment with your values. Much of my past clinical work has been in college counseling (including UW), so the college population is one I am passionate about treating. Special areas of interest include relationship issues, interpersonal trauma, anxiety, self-esteem struggles, adjustment issues, and grief. My aim is to provide a compassionate space where you can feel fully accepted as you are. Individually, I most often draw from psychodynamic therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). With couples, I primarily use Gottman methods. These interventions may include talking about your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, experiences, and patterns in relationships, identifying insights, noticing patterns, changing communication styles, and learning new coping skills.
