Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
We will create a holistic, evidence-based plan that promotes healing, growth, and recovery, integrating medication, mindfulness, and lifestyle changes.
I am a board-certified nurse practitioner in adult medicine and psychiatry. I provide mental health care services, including biopsychosocial assessment, diagnosis, and prescribe medication. I help adults with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Using a holistic, patient-centered approach, we will develop a plan integrating medication and support from non-pharmaceutical interventions such as mindfulness, sleep hygiene, exercise, spiritual practice, social support, and psychotherapy. My goal is more than the abatement of symptoms with evidence-based treatment but to promote healing, growth, and recovery. I enjoy taking my dog for long walks in the Redwoods.
