In our sessions, you will have the opportunity to discover your authentic self and express yourself freely, all from the comfort of your own home.

It takes tremendous strength to reach out for support, and to take this step toward healing. That being said, the process of finding the right therapist is challenging. That’s why I try to make that step as painless as possible by showing you my true self; someone who is compassionate, transparent, honest, and real. In our sessions, you will have the opportunity to do the same: to discover your authentic self, and express yourself freely without reservation or fear of judgment. Teletherapy is as effective as in-person therapy, and you get to do it from the comfort of your own home, without disrupting your schedule or adding yet another stressor. I understand that not everyone has the luxury to take time away from daily obligations, which is why I offer appointments as late as 8pm. I would love the opportunity to be a part of your journey, and help you achieve the things that you want for yourself. Whether that’s alleviating symptoms to live in the present, letting go of the pain of the past to look toward the future, finding purpose, or developing meaningful relationships. Whatever it may be, I am here to help you get there.
