Hello! I look forward to meeting you. I have worked with a variety of age groups presenting with a range of clinical issues in individual and group settings. I have worked with clients in private practice, mental health and substance use intensive outpatient programs (IOP), crisis management and stabilization, and in skilled nursing facilities/long term care. I currently work with clients 11 +. I approach treatment from a trauma-informed perspective, and utilize evidence-based treatment strategies (such as CBT, ACT, EMDR, ERP, and motivational interviewing). I recognize that therapy is not “one size fits all”, and am excited to partner with you to meet your individualized goals. I am also able to provide Christian faith-based counseling to clients if requested; however, I am proud to serve clients of all faiths and backgrounds.
