Feel stuck? Burnt out? Tired of pretending like everything is okay? Struggling with feeling good enough? If any of these resonate, let's chat.

My name is Dr. Alison Bible. I am a licensed psychologist in Tennessee, but I recently obtained my PSYPACT authorization, which allows me to practice in 40+ states! I am originally from East Tennessee, and I started Peavine Psychological Services, LLC, in 2024. My therapeutic style is authentic – I call it like I see it, which sometimes catches clients off-guard if they’re used to a therapist that doesn’t challenge them. I adapt my therapeutic approach based on the individual’s specific needs and preferences, but much of my work is done through a narrative therapy and/or compassion-focused therapy lens. I support clients in exploring how they view themselves and how they believe others view them. Often, the stories we tell ourselves and the rules we make are well-intended but inaccurate. I work with clients to create a new narrative for themselves that allows for growth and success. Shame is often a primary target of our work. Some of my primary personal and professional values are: integrity, excellence, authenticity, and accountability – all of which tend to show up in how I sit with clients.
