Queer-affirming trauma therapy for all neurotypes.
I believe our best lives are lived in connection–internally, with one another, our histories, and the land. My approach includes helping clients discern their values and cultivate relationships. By promoting embodied safety and self-worth, I support clients as they heal and thrive. My modalities are informed by dialectic, somatic and narrative principles, and grounded in Relational-Cultural Theory and anti-oppression frameworks.
