I am dedicated to working with diverse communities ranging from sexuality, gender expression, race, gender, etc. through radical healing psychotherapy.

I believe that the power of vulnerability is one of our greatest strengths and ultimately can provide us with a deeper sense of self, security, comfort, and more compassionate towards one another. Coming from a strength-based form of doing therapy and providing support to others, I work to provide my clients with a sense of validation and comfort. As a cis male that identifies as Latinx and LGBTQIA+, I am able to hold the experience of living in many diverse, cross-cultural emotional experiences that we sometimes may not even know how to begin to understand. I offer many modalities/topics of therapy such as client-centered, humanistic, psychodynamic, artistically expressive (music, writing, art, performing arts), IFS, family systems, trauma-informed, biopsychosocial, interpersonal, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-focused, Solution-Focused, Gestalt, Hakomi, Intersectional Feminism, acculturation, and men’s issues. I have worked with all age groups from children/adolescence, adults, geriatric, groups, and couples as well. I am able to provide services in Spanish. I have worked with not only a range of communities but have worked in community mental health providing intensive case management to clients with severe and persistent mental health illnesses. Find out how knowing your emotions, coping skills, triggers, and boundaries can help sustain your life in a more positive and expansive manner. I hope you will join me in helping you discover your power and strength within yourself.
