My approach to therapy is holistic, taking into account all aspects of your well-being and providing a supportive space for you to process your thoughts.
Hello, I'm Alexandra, a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master's degree in Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My approach to therapy is holistic, taking into account all aspects of your well-being. In our sessions, I provide a safe and supportive space for you to process your thoughts and emotions. If you have experienced trauma, particularly narcissistic abuse from parents or spouses, I am here to help. I incorporate a therapy called brainspotting, which allows for deep processing and healing. My specialization includes working with clients who struggle with anxiety, trauma, depression, adjustment difficulties, and psychosexual issues. I understand the unique challenges that military families and service members face, as I have personal experience as a military family member. If you or your loved ones are dealing with PTSD or adjustment issues related to military service, I can offer tailored support and understanding.
