However, accessing this power can be an overwhelming task that may require support. Allow me to be an unbiased, compassionate and caring partner in your journey. I help individuals explore their thoughts and emotions, reframe distorted beliefs, replace unhealthy patterns and unblock past traumas. I use elements of CBT, Parts Work, Brainspotting, and other modalities to help you achieve your goals. I have over 10 years of experience working with college students, fist gens, young professionals, teens, current/former foster youth and others. I help clients work through issues of low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, major life transitions, relationship issues and more. I take the following CA insurance plans: Aetna, Anthem, Blue Shield, Blue Cross and Health Net/MHN and may be able to see you if you still have these plans, but live in AZ (EX. students still under parents' plan in CA). I also accept Spring Health EAP in CA and AZ. I do not accept any AZ insurance plans at this time.
