I have been working in the mental health field for over 25 years and have experience working in agencies, community organizations, and now private practice. My clinical approach is client-centered and includes: solution-focused, CBT, holistic, humanistic, Gottman (couples), trauma informed and strengths based. I pride myself on my ability to create a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship with compassionate and unbiased understanding.
