16 years in practice

Whatever life has brought your way, I offer a safe space to process challenges and disappointments as you grow.

Reaching out is often one of the toughest steps. I have been in practice for over 15 years, using evidenced-based practices to support young adult on their journey towards growth. My training is in art therapy and counseling, which opens up many opportunities to use a variety of tools for reflection, self-awareness, coping, and communicating in a way that feels right for you. I look forward to hearing from you and being a part of your journey.
