I’m here to help you become your best and most authentic self.

My belief is that every human being is the expert on their own life, but sometimes we all need some help along the way. It is my responsibility as a counselor to walk alongside you and help you on your journey. Through reflection, healing, and self-empowerment, you will find your way back to your most authentic self. I strive to create a therapeutic space that is safe, open, and allows you to be your whole, genuine self without fear of judgment. Together we will create a personalized plan for helping you to find meaning in your life and to meet your goals for emotional and mental wellness. I am an eclectic counselor who utilizes techniques from multiple evidence based clinical theories such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person Centered Counseling to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and learn new approaches to old problems. I work with adults of all ages, with diverse gender, sexual, and cultural identities and understand how important it is to feel seen in all aspects of self. I am dedicated to utilizing my personal experience and skill set to provide informed support to Black, Indigenous, and People of Color as well as persons within the LGBTQIA+ community.
