Making the decision to seek therapy can spark a wide range of emotions; some we understand and others we may not, but that is just the tip of the iceberg. Finding the right person that suits you and your needs is not always easy and can come with many challenges and sometimes setbacks. I hate therapy, it doesn't seem like it works. The last person I had tried to dictate my life and never listened to how I felt. I don't need a therapist; they can't help me if they haven't gone through what I've gone through. Everyone should be given the opportunity to connect and build with a competent and highly trained trustworthy professional who treats others with dignity, respect and compassion. Wilson strives to not only fulfill those needs, but to also determine any person-centered needs or accommodations that may be of just as much importance depending on the individual.
