At LifeStance Health, there's no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health. We tailor our care plans to fit each person's unique needs.

Rebecca Wright is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. Rebecca earned her Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) and her Master of Social Worker Degree (MSW) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Rebecca works with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages providing a safe, non-judgmental environment for her clients to express themselves. Rebecca works with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, school issues, LGBTQA+ acceptance, issues facing children in foster care, foster parent concerns and other issues. Rebecca uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focusing on the client and therapeutic relationship. Rebecca does realize a "one-size-fits-all"ť therapeutic approach does not work with every individual and will work with an individual to find the therapeutic approach that best serves their needs. Rebeca has experience working as a school-based therapist, with private foster care agencies, and as part of a clinical pediatric behavioral healthcare team. Rebecca and her husband of over 40 years have two grown children, grandchildren, and one dog, Groucho. On weekends, Rebecca and her husband can be found enjoying time with each other and spending time with friends.
