Counselor
I welcome people of various backgrounds, difficulties and circumstances with optional approaches through expressive art therapy.
HI! I would like to introduce myself and mainly my approach to therapy. I have enjoyed working with the young adult population to help process and explore life changes due to school, relationships with others and self and family dynamics. I enjoy applying expressive arts in combination with talk therapy to guide clients to where they would like to be while connecting areas of influence from their past. While modalities and interventions are important; I firmly believe that the relationship with my clients is the strongest component to one's outcome with therapy. I collaboratively engage my clients in navigating decisions and feeling comfortable with themselves and others. I truly believe people know themselves the best and need a safe and supportive environment to explore their intuition and "gut" feelings. I look forward to getting an opportunity to work WITH you and navigating where you'd like to be! :)
