You're not alone & it gets better. I provide EMDR therapy for overwhelming stress, anxiety, and depression. Evening & weekend sessions for North Carolina.

I get it, being in college feels like academic pressures, real life issues, family and friend issues, along with the most unwelcome, surprise challenges all rolled up in one. It is a lot to manage, but you don't have to do it alone! I bring 25+ years of university work experience (19 years at Duke University) into my sessions for high school, college students, women, and you! I specialize in students experiencing life transitions that has led to overwhelming stress, anxiety, and depression. I also provide EMDR therapy services for test & performance anxiety, procrastination, and impostor syndrome. You will easily fit therapy into your busy schedule with telehealth sessions that are offered during evenings and weekends. Avoid back and forth emails and missed phone calls by booking your consultation using our online calendar. Take the next step by scheduling your free consultation. I look forward to working with you.
