Sensible Mental Health offers memberships for psychiatric medication management. For a predictable monthly fee of $95 per month, members get 15 annual appointments, timely access to appointments, and flexible communication. Appointments are virtual or in-person in Edina. I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience serving adults with mood, thought, trauma, eating, and substance use disorders. I believe in educating clients on the intricacies of the mental health system and advocating for their recovery. I believe medications play a powerful – yet in some cases proportionally small – role in mental health recovery. I am authentic, direct, and empathetic. I earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Minnesota (2015) and have extensive experience working with young adults in college health settings. I have worked in private practice, community mental health, and the mental health ED.
Practice hours
Accepts new patients after hospitalization for
- Manic episodes

Reserves times throughout the week for new clients after discharge from the hospital.
Adjusts scheduling to accommodate new clients after their hospitalization.
