Kaity (she/her) is passionate about empowering individuals to deepen self-awareness and insight into their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. In session, Kaity utilizes humor, creativity and a combination of several approaches including systematic therapy, narrative therapy and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Kaity strives to create a safe and supportive environment where genuine conversations, reflections and growth can flourish. Kaity has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Viterbo University and Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services at Saint Mary’s University. Kaity is working towards LPCC licensure in Minnesota. Kaity is also a DONA-trained birth doula.
