Let's be honest, life is hard and we all need help. I'd love to come along side you in your journey to improve your mental health and overall well being.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I'm trained in systemic therapy, which examines how the different circles (family, friends, work, faith community, city) in your life are contributing to your overall health. Life is inherently relational which means examining these areas of your life can often reveal what is contributing to your overall struggles and enables you to see what changes would be most helpful for your health and wellbeing.
