JoAn Brise

JoAn S. Bris� is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Florida who has been practicing since 2015. She has a BSN from Florida International University, an MSN, Adult-Gerontology Primary care Nurse Practitioner from Florida A&M University, and a Post Masters Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification from Wilkes University. JoAn provides high quality, evidence based and compassionate care to improve the mental health and overall wellbeing of the adolescent, adult, and elderly client. She is experienced in substance use disorders, mental and behavioral health conditions, preventative and chronic disease management. JoAn values a client centered care approach to treatment. She aims to provide an experience that is therapeutic, convenient, and transparent by demonstrating compassion, incorporating therapy and medication management while increasing access to care. Outside of work, JoAn enjoys traveling, meeting new people, trying new food, and learning about other cultures. Family game nights are a favorite in her home.
