I am a licensed clinical social worker and licensed clinical addictions specialist. I am also a yoga teacher and pay attention to mind/body interactions.

I have been working in behavioral health treatment programs for 20 years; first as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor and then after returning to grad school, as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Addictions Specialist. My approach is generally humanistic, person-centered, and affirming. I try to view things from a systems or social justice lens. I want to help create safety and empower people to make changes they desire and that align with their needs and values.
