Graceson Clements
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)
I believe in cultivating a therapeutic relationship through a warm, non-judgmental, collaborative environment where clients feel heard and empowered.
I work with children, adolescents, and young to middle-aged adults who find themselves struggling with anxiety, depression, or self-doubt. Many are navigating issues like trauma, grief/loss, self-esteem, social/relational struggles, family conflict, academic/career pressures, or adjustment. In our sessions, the focus is on finding clarity and emotional balance while developing effective strategies to manage stress. Together, we explore personal strengths and work towards building confidence, empowerment, and fulfillment. The journey emphasizes personal growth and resilience, fostering a desire for meaningful change in their lives. I utilize strengths-based approaches, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I offer individual counseling to help with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, adjustment, social stress, and more, guiding you to identify your strengths and create personalized, adaptive coping strategies to foster growth and resilience. I understand how difficult it can be to face life’s challenges, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to provide a warm, collaborative space where you feel heard and supported.
