I identify as a non-binary (they/siya) therapist, artist, yoga teacher, and returned U.S. Peace Corps volunteer who integrates counseling and art therapy to support healing through creativity and reflection. Clients describe my style as grounded and curious. I often work with Asian communities navigating acculturation, intergenerational stress, and perfectionism, as well as those facing anxiety, depression, homelessness, and the complexities of intersectional identity. Together, we explore mindfulness and art as ways to understand and express your story. My work is rooted in freedom and growth to help you move toward greater self-trust and balance. Outside of session, you’ll likely find me thru-hiking long trails, running ultramarathons, or chasing high scores on a pinball machine. We look forward to supporting your journey!
