Erik Weir

Erik Weir is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina who has been practicing since 2020. He graduated from Rutgers University, School of Social Work. Erik aims to help people get "unstuck,"ť whether it be through practical problem-solving or doing deeper work to reshape relationships with ourselves and others. These issues can be new and confusing, or old and familiar. Erik's philosophy is to remain flexible in therapeutic approach to meet you where you are at, all the while maintaining a warm, patient, and nonjudgmental stance so that together the two of you can help you move towards a more fulfilling, meaningful, and authentic life. Originally from just outside Philadelphia, Erik is a big sports fan of his home-grown teams. He has also begun to explore practicing martial arts as a way of connecting with others and practicing presence.
