I feel passionate about meeting you where you are, understanding your needs, and working together to achieve your goals. Using strength-based and culturally sensitive approaches, I strive to support you through whatever challenges you may be facing. My aim for each session is to help you engage in the healing process through guided introspection, reflection, and positive affirmation. I consider it an honor to be invited alongside you on your sacred journey, as we work on helping you understand and navigate your past, focus on your present, and imagine and co-labor in the creation of a new future. My practice of therapy is guided by the belief that your past doesn't have to define you. No matter what happens, we will work towards gaining resilience, gathering strength, and learning new skills in order to work towards reconciliation and overall improvement of your quality of life.
