Chenzirah Fannings is a Master level Resident in Counseling and has obtained a Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from South University. She is also a Resident in Counseling. believes in creating a nurturing, trustworthy environment to enhance her ability to truly see and hear her clients. She strives to meet her client's where they are and help support them in their therapeutic journey. Chenzirah's priority is to create a safe and respectful atmosphere, conducive to fostering healing and self-expression. She has worked with individuals with diagnosis such as Anxiety, Depression, Self-Esteem Concerns, Workplace Stress, Adjustment Disorder, Anger Issues and more. Chenzirah's theoretical orientation is Person-Centered therapy utilizing tools such as cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and solution focused treatments to support client in developing the skills needed to address negative thought patterns, developing emotional resiliency, and achieve the goals they hope to achieve.
