I am a Master of Social Work student providing free, holistic, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive therapy.

I am a Master of Social Work student completing my clinical internship at Madison Mental Health Services. As a student trainee, my services are free. Under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I will work collaboratively with you to determine how to best support you in your goals. I strive to use a holistic, mind-body, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive approach in my work. I'm interested in a broad array of concerns including healthy relationships, self-esteem, sexuality and intimacy, anxiety, and life transitions such as infertility, pregnancy, post-partum mental health, and grief. I work with youth ages 13-18, adults of all ages, and couples, particularly women and LGBTQ+ individuals.
