A Licensed Professional Counselor who has been in practice since 2004, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, as well as a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mount Mary University. Caley adopts an integrative clinical approach, tailoring various therapeutic modalities to meet the specific needs of each individual. Her expertise includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, mindfulness, and parenting skills. Serving a broad range of populations from adolescents aged 15 to seniors over 65, she is dedicated to providing personalized care that fosters long-term emotional well-being. Outside of her clinical work, Caley is passionate about cooking, baking, and spending time outdoors through activities like gardening, hiking, and walking her dog.
