Becky Lech is a Licensed Resident in Counseling in Virginia who has been practicing since 2015. She has a BS in Psychology from Milligan University and an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Becky has extensive experience in teaching people to advocate for themselves, develop appropriate coping skills, and emotional regulation. Her ability to meet people where they are to cultivate a peaceful environment that instills hope is a vital part of her process to help people strengthen their mental health and begin the healing process. Becky?s intensive in-home background provides her a unique perspective on various presenting conflicts that the client may bring to session. Rebecca?s goal is for each person to achieve their goals and work to gain a sense of peace within themselves. She is prepared and equipped to handle unique and personal challenges that are present in each person?s life. Rebecca specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, life adjustments, and helping parents gain effective skills. Outside of meeting with clients, Becky spends her time crocheting and reading. She spends a lot of time playing with her cats and spending time with her family.
